Alexa Gabrielle Ramirez - Producer
Alexa Gabrielle Ramirez is an independent producer and actress who also works in the non-profit world. She holds a position in Development at the Austin Film Society, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports independent film and the filmmakers that create them. Post-graduation from the University of Texas at Austin with a focus in cultural studies and psychology, Alexa attained a certification in Production Technology from Austin Community College. Her student film ATX / SATX premiered at SXSW 2015.
Alexa started out working as a multimedia editor for internationally acclaimed photographer Gray Hawn. She then moved on to co-produce the TV pilot Media Mavericks™, working under Missing Hill Productions. Alexa’s current list of projects include the surreal comedy short film BUNNY & NON-BUNNYNESS, which will have its world premiere at the 2016 Marfa Film Festival before continuing on the festival circuit, and the horror genre feature #SLAUGHTERHOUSE, which is currently in pre-production and set to be shot summer 2016. Gregg Baethge - Producer/Director
Gregg went back to college in his forties to pursue his first love, FILM! Two of his films, Speed Dating and the documentary, Challenger Street Newspaper, were shown at the 2015 SXSW Film Festival as well as the 2015 Hill Country Film Festival. He recently finished post production on two other documentary shorts, Challenger: Voices From the Street, and Unknown. Besides working on his own films he also served as the Assistant Director on the short, Braver Than You Believe, and Co-Producer and Assistant Director on the feature film, God Made Man. In 2016 he started the production company, Gregg Baethge Films and has several projects in development. VIEW LARGE
Kayla Olson - Producer/Co-writer/Creator
Kayla studied musical theater at the University of North Texas for two years. Shortly after, she moved to Austin, TX to study Radio-TV-Film at Austin Community College. She received certificates in both Production Management, and Technology. While enrolled, she interned for the hit PBS show, The Daytripper where she met collaborator, Nate Locklear. After graduating, Kayla co-created and starred in the award winning web series, Once You Leave for which she achieved a Best Actor award and several nominations. Most recently, Kayla teamed with Nate Locklear to create the feature film, God Made Man, serving as creator, co-writer and producer. VIEW LARGE
